The site of Sannine Zenith Lebanon occupies approximately 66 million square meters (PHASE I&II) of the Western and Eastern peaks and plateaus of Sannine Mountain.The site spreads over a variety of altitudes ranging between 1400-2600m above sea level. Sannine Zenith Lebanon project is strategically located within minutes from the picturesque Baskinta village. Furthermore, the site is only 20 minutes away from the Bekaa Valley, Baalbeck, and Zahleh.
The master planning process for the Sannine Zenith Lebanon project aimed at preparing a preliminary and conceptual approach addressing various components that may affect the future success of the project.
The master plan embodies the following general planning criteria:
- preserving the virgin mountain peaks
- minimizing roads cutting through the mountainous landscape
- concentrating development in the form of distinctive thematic villages
- ensuring that the project can be developed in various stages
The proposed plan for the development includes: Ski/ Snowboard facility , Golf/ Sports Village, Real Estate Mix , Hotels, Spas, Cinemas ,18-hole golf course and a 9-hole golf course for beginners and families, Hiking, Mountain Climbing, Cycling, Camping, Tennis Courts, Man-Made Lake and other recreational facilities.
